FM Al-Shaibani Holds Phone Talk with Lebanese PM Nawaf Salam

The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Mr. Asaad Hassan al-Shaibani, held a telephone conversation with the Prime Minister of Lebanon, Mr. Nawaf Salam. The two sides reviewed the recent rapid developments and their implications for regional security.

Mr. al-Shaibani reiterated Syria’s solidarity with Lebanon amid the current circumstances. Both sides reaffirmed the importance of dialogue and consultation between the two brotherly countries to enhance security, stability, and mutual cooperation, with a view to overcoming the current challenges
