Foreign Minister al-Shaibani Meets with Jordanian Foreign Minister in Amman

Foreign Minister Asaad Hassan al-Shaibani met with Jordanian Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi in Amman. During the meeting, the two ministers emphasized the importance of strengthening bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries and expanding joint cooperation in various fields.

They discussed preparations for the second session of the High Coordination Council between the two countries, stressing the council's role in enhancing coordination between ministries and deepening bilateral cooperation.

They also reiterated their condemnation of the repeated Israeli attacks and raids on Syrian territory, considering them a violation of international law and the 1974 Disengagement Agreement.

They affirmed the continuation of consultations and cooperation between the two countries in a manner that serves their common interests and promotes security and stability in the region.
