President Ahmad al-Sharaa Meets with Ukrainian President Zelenskyy and Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan in Damascus

Damascus – His Highness Mr. Ahmad al-Sharaa, President of the Syrian Arab Republic, met with the Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and the Turkish Foreign Minister Mr. Hakan Fidan. The meeting took place in the presence of the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Mr. Asaad Hassan al-Shaibani, the Minister of Defence Major General Mr. Murhaf Abu Qasra, the Director of the General Intelligence Service Mr. Hussein al-Salama, and the Chief of the General Staff, Major General Ali al-Nassan.

During the meeting, the recent international and regional developments were discussed. The sides also discussed enhancing cooperation and affirmed the importance of ensuring the security of food supply lines in order to contribute to regional stability in light of current international tensions.
