Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Mr. Asaad Hasan Al-Shaibani, met with his Russian counterpart, Mr. Sergey Lavrov, at the Guest Palace in the capital, Moscow, during Mr. Al-Shaibani’s first official visit. The meeting was held to conduct bilateral talks between the two parties.
