His Excellency the President of the Syrian Arab Republic, Mr. Ahmed al-Sharaa, accompanied by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Mr. Asaad Hassan al-Shaibani, met with the German Minister of the Interior, Mr. Alexander Dobrindt, during his first official visit to Germany.

The meeting addressed ways to enhance bilateral cooperation in security matters, and several issues of mutual interest were discussed.
