H.E. President Al-Sharaa Meets Two Prominent Saudi Economic Leaders in Riyadh

Riyadh – His Excellency President Ahmad Al-Sharaa of the Syrian Arab Republic met with Mr. Mazin Abdulrazzak Al-Rumaih, Chairman of Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF), and Dr. Abdulmalik Abdullah Al-Hogail, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Alinma Bank. The meeting took place on the sidelines of the 9th Edition of the Future Investment Initiative (FII9).

The meeting was attended by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Mr. Asaad Hassan Al-Shaibani; the Minister of Economy, Mr. Mohammad Nidal Al-Shaar; and the Minister of Finance, Mr. Mohammed Yisr Barnieh.

Discussions focused on strengthening financial and banking cooperation between the Syrian Arab Republic and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The two sides also explored ways to enhance partnerships that would support investment and development projects in Syria and further consolidate the economic relations between the two brotherly countries.
