Statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the Syrian Arab Republic Damascus, 20 November 2025

On the occasion of the National Day of the sisterly Sultanate of Oman, which falls on 20 November, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the Syrian Arab Republic extends its warmest congratulations and sincerest wishes for further progress and prosperity to His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tariq Al Said, the government, and the brotherly people of Oman.

The Ministry expresses Syria’s pride in the deep-rooted fraternal relations binding the two countries and reaffirms its keen desire to further strengthen bilateral cooperation across all fields in a manner that serves the common interests of both nations and their brotherly peoples and contributes to the consolidation of joint Arab action.

The Syrian Arab Republic wishes the Sultanate of Oman continued security, stability, and ever-greater prosperity and advancement for its noble people.
