Foreign Minister Al-Shaibani Meets ICESCO Director General in Damascus to Strengthen Cooperation in Education, Research, and Cultural Heritage

The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Mr. Asaad Hassan Al-Shaibani, received in Damascus the Director General of the Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ICESCO), Dr. Salim M. Almalik, in the presence of the Minister of Education, Mr. Mohammed Abdul Rahman Turko.

During the meeting, the participants affirmed the importance of enhancing cooperation between the Syrian Arab Republic and ICESCO in the fields of education, scientific research, and the protection of cultural heritage. They also discussed the prospects for implementing joint projects that contribute to supporting the educational process and promoting the cultural sector in Syria.
