This service enables citizens to certify powers of attorney issued within Syria at diplomatic missions for use outside the Syrian Arab Republic

  • A valid passport and a copy of it, or a personal ID card and a copy of it

  • Applicant: The concerned individual or legal representative.

  • The document must be certified by the Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, and the certification should not be older than one year
