The document to be certified must be prepared for use outside Syria
All handwritten documents and requests will not be certified, even if they bear official signatures and seals
Applicant: In case of certifying a power of attorney: the concerned person or the legal agent ، For other documents: the concerned person or one of their relatives up to the fourth degree (with a document proving the relationship) or the legal agent.
