No document will be accepted if it is damaged, scratched, or altered
The document to be certified must be prepared for use within Syria
All powers of attorney organized abroad must be certified and kept with the notary public within a period not exceeding one year from the date of their preparation or certification by the Syrian diplomatic mission abroad
Applicant:
In case of certifying a power of attorney: the concerned person or the legal agent.
In other cases: the concerned person or one of their relatives up to the fourth degree (with a document proving the relationship) or the legal agent.
