Applicant: The concerned individual or one of their relatives up to the fourth degree (with a document proving the relationship) or the legal representative
The document must be original and issued by the country where the diplomatic mission is located, or by one of the countries covered by the mission, and must be certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the host country
In case a document is accompanied by its translation, the translation can only be certified after the document itself is certified and the fees are paid
As for commercial documents issued by a country where there is no Syrian diplomatic mission, their stamps must be completed within the Syrian Arab Republic
Invoices cannot be certified without a certificate of origin
