Signing of a Framework Memorandum of Understanding with Türkiye

The Director of the International Cooperation Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Mr. Qutaiba Qadish, and the Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey to the Syrian Arab Republic, Mr. Nuh Yilmaz, signed a framework memorandum of understanding.

This memorandum includes approval for the Turkish Maarif Foundation to commence operations within the Syrian Arab Republic.

The memorandum stipulates cooperation in the education sector, under the supervision of the Ministries of Education and Higher Education and Scientific Research, in addition to defining the operational mechanisms and activities of the Turkish Maarif Foundation within the Syrian Arab Republic.
