The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Mr. Asaad Hassan Al-Shaibani, accompanied by a delegation, met with Mr. Hichem Khadhraoui, the Chief Executive Officer of the Center for Civilians in Conflict (CIVIC), on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference (MSC).
