Director of International Cooperation Department at MoFA Holds Meeting with Jordanian Minister of Planning and International Cooperation in Amman

The Director of the International Cooperation Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Mr. Qutaiba Qaddish, met with the Jordanian Minister of Planning and International Cooperation, Ms. Zeina Toukan, in Amman, the capital of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

This meeting was held in implementation of the outcomes of the Higher Coordination Council between the two brotherly countries.

The discussions focused on developmental planning mechanisms and the alignment of strategic, sectoral, and local plans within a comprehensive national vision and clear priorities for recovery and development.

Furthermore, they discussed frameworks for coordination with donors, the governance of international funding, and its precise allocation to national priorities to ensure the maximization and sustainability of development interventions.

The meeting also reviewed the structures and work regulations policies, methodologies for governing and coordinating requests for external technical support, and mechanisms for measuring sustainable developmental and institutional impact.
