Syrian Arab Republic Expresses Solidarity with the Kingdom of Morocco Following Floods

Statement Issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the Syrian Arab Republic

Damascus, December 15, 2025 – The Syrian Arab Republic expresses its deepest condolences and sincere sympathy to the brotherly Kingdom of Morocco, its government and people, over the victims of the floods that struck several regions of Morocco, resulting in the death of more than thirty-seven people, in addition to causing significant material damage.

The Syrian Arab Republic affirms its full solidarity with the brotherly Kingdom of Morocco in this painful humanitarian ordeal, expressing its profound sympathy to the families of the victims and wishing a speedy recovery to the injured, safety for the missing, and continued security and stability for the Kingdom of Morocco and its brotherly people.
