Under the patronage of His Excellency the President of the Syrian Arab Republic, Mr. Ahmed al-Sharaa, and in the presence of the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Mr. Asaad Hassan al-Shaibani, the activities of the “Damascus International Book Fair” were launched today in its current session, amid a wide official and popular atmosphere that reflected the cultural status of the fair and its national importance.
