Foreign Minister Al-Shaibani Meets Saudi Delegation to Discuss Humanitarian and Development Cooperation

The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Mr. Asaad Hassan Al-Shaibani, received in Damascus a high-ranking delegation from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia headed by Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Rabeea, Consultant at the Royal Court and Supervisor General of the Riyadh-based King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center. The meeting was attended by Mr. Raed Al-Saleh, Minister of Emergency and Disaster Management.

During the talks, the two sides discussed ways to enhance humanitarian cooperation and development between the two countries. They also reviewed dozens of prospective aid and development projects to be implemented across Syria in various sectors, including healthcare, education, housing, and livelihood security.
