Foreign Minister al Shaibani Meets with The Minister of Foreign Affairs of The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, His Highness Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud

The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Mr. Asaad Hassan al-Shaibani, met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, His Highness Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud, on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference, where they discussed bilateral relations between the two countries and ways to enhance cooperation and joint coordination, in addition to discussing the latest developments in regional situations.

The Minister affirmed the unity and sovereignty of the Syrian Arab Republic’s territory, stressing that “Syria is for all Syrians,” and that work is underway to organize the internal situation and embark on the path of reform and reconstruction, while acknowledging that the stage requires a great effort, and the first step in this direction has begun.

For his part, His Highness Prince Faisal bin Farhan stressed that “Syria’s success is a success for the entire region, and it is the way to consolidate security and peace in it,” praising the efforts to unify Syria under one leadership, and stressing that the Kingdom is an essential partner and will continue joint work and coordination during the next stage.
